RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

For product returns and refunds, please contact the individual business. Individual business return and refund policies will apply.

For monetary contribution refunds, a 3% processing fee will be charged dependent on amount of the contribution. The following policies will apply:

All monies received for purchase of a gift or service on behalf of bride, groom, or other recipient, shall only qualify for refund before the closing date of said registry. In the event that a refund is in order, note that the bride, groom, or other recipient will be notified of the refund. After the closing date of said registry, and after the gift certificates have been released to the recipient, no refund from 1 and Only Bridal and Gift Registry shall be awarded. Arrangements must be made with the recipient in this instance.

DESCRIPTION OF DELIVERY METHODS AND TIME FRAME

Upon the processing of your monetary contribution to any product or service offered through 1 and Only Bridal and Gift Registry, the recipient will be automatically and immediately notified of the contribution. 1 and Only will deliver all monies to the business location, via registered mail, when the gift is either contributed to in full or the registry has reached its close date. The bride, groom, or other recipient will receive gift certificates within 14 to 21 of the close date, via registered mail, totaling the contributed amount, to be redeemed with the business with whom they registered.

In the instance that the bride, groom or other registrant does not fulfill their intention of registration, all money, or any portion thereof, that has been collected on behalf of the bride, groom, or other registrant will be returned to the contributor(s), who will be charged a 3% processing fee for the return of their monetary contribution. No cash will be given to bride, groom, or other recipient in this instance, nor will cash be given to the business with whom they registered.
